This project we traveled down to Miami. The client needed a five stage heavy cut restoration since he’s on the boat for two years. It’s never been detailed. The turnout was astonishing!

This 60 foot Sunreef had a two coat nano ceramic application detail. Starke Thor has been one of the best ceramic coatings we have used and long lasting protection as well!
This blackfin hasn’t been detailed in over a year, we spoke with the client over the phone since he was an hour and a half distance away, he sent us a few videos and we knew exactly what the boat needed. Nonetheless, we got the job done!

After heavy cutting , the abrasive compound and wool pad remove oxidation but leave deep swirls as seen in the video .
We then use a soft wool pad and light cut to remove the swirls from the heavy cut restoration.
lastly we seal the gelcoat with marine grade polymer sealant !
Most sun exposed areas on the second story of the Sunreef were oxidized , some spots more then others . None-the-less we even paint correction the gelcoat which upholstery is placed on !
